IRATA-Certified Training School
SB Rope Access Specialist is a member of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (Membership No. IRATA O/T 3072).
We provide training for IRATA Rope Access Courses Level 1, 2 and 3 in SINGAPORE.
Below is a brief introduction of our training centre.
- We are an IRATA member company and our Training complies with IRATA's Requirements for Industrial Rope Access Training.
- Our instructors are all Full-timers, IRATA-certified Level 3i (Level 3 Instructors) and have many years of experience in conducting Rope Access Training.
- Our passing rate is above 95%.
- Our training facility is fully air-conditioned. We also have a comfortable rest area for our trainees with light refreshments provided daily.
- Our equipment are well-maintained and most equipment are brand new as of June 2018.
- Our training facility is centrally located near Tiong Bahru MRT and accessible by many buses as well.
The usual course fees for our IRATA course is SGD$1500, however, we are having a promotion now at SGD$1288 nett.

Our Training Facility
Our training centre is located in Singapore (201 Henderson Road - APEX@Henderson). It is centrally-located and easily accessible by public transport. We are near to shopping malls and tourist attractions, which is ideal for our overseas students who wish to explore Singapore at the same time.
We are also one of the few Rope Access Training Centres in Singapore and Southeast Asia that is fully air-conditioned.
It is also accompanied by a pleasant aerial view, which gives the trainees a subtle feel of climbing at significant height and a nice greenery to enjoy while learning. With bright natural lighting and warm cozy indoor lights, it makes the place a comfortable place for our trainees.
Our equipment are brand new as of June 2018. They are of high quality from companies like Petzl , Singing Rock, ISC & Rock Exotica.
Our Instructors / Trainers
Our instructors are all full-timers and are IRATA certified. We are the only training centre in Singapore with 3 full-time IRATA Level 3i Instructors.
They are also first-aid trained and are certified to perform first aid in an emergency. We ensure that our instructors keep themselves up-to-date with their certifications and knowledge of new techniques in rope access, as well as relevant news in the rope access industry.
They are not only experienced, but also dedicated, patient and generous in imparting the knowledge and skills they possess, as long as you have the right attitude to learn. They always strive to create an encouraging and positive environment for learning.
All of them are bilingual, competent in languages such as English, Chinese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesian and Vietnamese.
Overseas Training
Our instructors have experience conducting training in China, Vietnam and Indonesia. We are also keen on conducting training in other countries, do email to enquire if you need our service in this area.
